This role will involve maintenance and repair work, ensuring electrical systems are safe, efficient, and up to code within residential properties. Key Responsibilities of the Electrician: Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs in social housing properties. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Carry out fault finding, installations, and testing as required. Provide high-quality service to clients and tenants.
