Registered Nurse
Location: Paisley Lodge Dementia Care Home - Hopton Mews, Armley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 3UA
Salary: £24.82 per hour
Hours: Full & Part-time available – Day
We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Registered Nurse to be part of our specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person led care, and making a difference to the lives of the people you support, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team and make a real impact in the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs.
Developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
Leading the care team in delivering meaningful, empathetic support
Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and coaching care staff
Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and Orchard policies
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Experienced in mental health care and person-centred planning
Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation.
