A vacancy has arisen within our Workshop based in Biggleswade for a Wash Bay Operative.
The role contributes to the success of the Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd by ensuring all machines are consistently cleaned to standards required whilst working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.
Your responsibilities as a Washbay Operative
* Cleaning all machines both externally and internally including attachments as required using appropriate equipment.
* Completing the necessary paperwork needed to fulfil your role
* Carrying out your duties as laid out in the company quality assurance manual
* Maintaining the wash bay areas as required.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
* Promoting health and safety when carrying out your role and ensure others follow the rules within the yard.
* Any other duty as required by management commensurate with the post.
To be successful in the Washbay Operative
* Experience of construction or agricultural equipment / industry
* Self - motivated
* Flexible approach to work
* Ability to use own initiative
* Attention to detail
