Job Description
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and managing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
3. Conducting technical analysis and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and quality.
4. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards throughout project execution.
5. Evaluating and sourcing materials, tools, and equipment for project needs.
6. Preparing detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
7. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
8. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:
9. A degree in mechanical, biomedical or systems engineering.
10. Proven experience in engineering and manufacturing projects.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
12. 6-8+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or product development.
13. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
14. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
15. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
