We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our OnSite Pipeline Division, supporting key projects from procurement through to completion. What You'll Be Doing As a Commercial Coordinator, you will: Provide key commercial and contractual support to the commercial and operational teams. Assist with project planning, programme management, invoicing, and cost tracking. Manage change control, risk, supply chain performance, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with legislation and contractual obligations across all projects. Attend internal and external commercial review meetings, compiling accurate management information. Support subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management. Monitor and report financial progress, budget adherence, and project viability.
