ROLE OVERVIEW
The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the procurement of goods, services, and works required by the organization. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, supplier reliability, compliance with organizational policies, and alignment with strategic business objectives.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Academic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum CIPS Level 4 or related professional qualifications
* Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
* Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and negotiations
* Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong negotiation, commercial and influencing skills
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* A positive & proactive attitude and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* High level of integrity and ethical standards
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Ability to meet deadlines
* High level attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to take initiative and identifying opportunities for improvement in procurement processes.
