Customer Liaison Officer – Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
Salary £29,133pa
* 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm core hours).

Due to growth from new contracts, KWL are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer with experience from within a Construction and/or Building Maintenance Environment, who can help to deliver the growing ambitions of the business.

Responsibilities:
* Working directly with customers, clients and KWL employees to ensure the provision of a friendly and effective service.
* To support customers through the works process (face to face in their own home and over the phone) to ensure a satisfactory outcome is achieved for all stakeholders.
* Agree appointments with customers at each stage of the works process, when access is required to their home and ensuring KWL follow the agreed access procedures.
* Work closely with the multi-functional team and explain to customers the scope and nature of the proposed work programme and where necessary reassure customers about the manner in which the works will be carried out.
* Identify and record customer choices and views relating to the installation of components to their home.
* Make assessments of the customers appliances, fixtures and fittings and ensure relevant disclaimers are signed where appropriate.
* Explain who will carry out the work and provide the customer with relevant written information.
* Establish whether customers have individual requirements/special needs, document and summarise the points discussed to ensure that specifically tailored communication or operational practices are implemented.
* Identify where there are cultural beliefs held by customers that may affect the delivery of the works.
* Collect and collate customer satisfaction details if required and liaise with other KWL staff as necessary.
Requirements:
* Experience of a proven track record within customer services
* Excellent communication & organizational skills
* Experience of Microsoft Packages – word, excel
* Flexible & adaptable to changing work environments
* Full driving licence & access to own car
