What we need:

* Our customer is at the heart of what we do and why we do it, we need someone to ensure all orders are efficiently and accurately picked and despatched within customer requirements
* The Wincanton way, we require someone to ensure the site works within legislative and Wincanton requirements, taking account of health & safety, implementing a culture where it is paramount at all times
* Forward thinking, ensure warehouse procedural controls and processes are updated and maintained in line with the health & safety and good working practices
* Someone people focussed and able to assist in the effective management of the team (communications, attendance, performance, and conduct)
* Someone who understands the warehouse and is able to plan and co-ordinate activity in line with projected volumes
* Support and lead a team function within the warehouse to deliver the expected customer service in terms of quality, cost and lead time and report results in a timely manner
