About the Operations Assistant role: Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include: ➡️ Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. ➡️ Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable). ➡️ Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner. ➡️ Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service. ➡️ Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin. Live-in Accommodation available - Including all utilities, available for a nominal monthly rent, resulting in approximately £10,000 annual savings. What Are We Looking For? Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year. We’re looking for someone with: ✅ A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. ✅ The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. ✅ Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met. ✅ Some previous experience in a similar role. ✅ A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather. ✅ A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. ✅ A full clean UK driving license is essential.
