We have an opening within our team for a Sales Support Specialist, working alongside a Sales Director managing one of our largest accounts.
The Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing a smooth and accurate order process for projects delivered by our contract resource. This will include:
* Raising Work Orders and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new projects. Liaising with the client for review and approval.
* Tracking end-dates, extensions and renewals.
* Managing data and creating reports around key account information. Maintaining consistency across data sources, in alignment with internal and client reporting requirements.
* Supporting the reconciliation and invoicing process, alongside Finance team.
* Acting as a conduit between the Sales team, Compliance and Finance, ensuring the contract lifecycle runs smoothly.
To be considered we are looking for:
* Previous experience providing administrative support in a Sales environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail; ability to cross reference, track and manage data to ensure accuracy.
* Advanced Excel skills, and experience working with CRM/software applications.
* Experience in a recruitment / resource management environment would be highly beneficial.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients (both written and verbal).
* Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.
