Overview
Join to apply for the Receptionist role at GXO Logistics, Inc. We’re seeking a Receptionist to join our NHS contract based in Crick. You will act as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors and provide general, comprehensive, and flexible administrative services to the organisation, always ensuring discretion and confidentiality. This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 till 16:00.
Responsibilities
* Keeping our boardroom meetings fuelled with tea, coffee, and good vibes
* Ordering snacks and supplies (yes, you’re the hero behind the biscuits!)
* Handling calls with charm and diplomacy
* Issuing access cards, Hi-Vis gear, and keeping things Covid-safe
* Supporting contractors, managing parcels, and liaising with security
* Helping with site engagement, charity events, and wellbeing activities
* Creating noticeboards that actually get noticed!
What you’ll need
* Microsoft Office wizardry (PowerPoint included!)
* Previous reception or customer service experience
* A sharp eye for detail and a warm, welcoming personality
* Passion for people and a flair for fun engagement ideas

Salary up to £26,780 per annum and 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays).
