Job Description
3. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
4. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues.
5. Communicate with clients to ensure prompt payment and address any queries.
6. Allocate cash to the relevant accounts
7. Provide regular reports on aged debt and collection activities.
8. Assist in implementing and improving credit control processes.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
10. Previous experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role.
11. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
13. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
