About the Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students across Key Stages 3 to 5
Support learners both in and out of the mainstream classroom environment
Lead intervention groups in core subjects, particularly Maths and English
Assist students with a wide range of special educational needs, including English as an additional language (EAL)
Collaborate closely with experienced teachers, SEN professionals, and the wider Inclusion team
