Creative Lead
Leeds - Flexible Hybrid
£50k-£60k + benefits
We’re working with a fab agency that’s growing fast and producing standout work for some of the biggest names in retail. They’re looking for a Senior Creative/Lead to take the reins on bold, concept-led campaigns across brand, content, stills, motion, and design.
What you’ll do:
Lead projects from concept to delivery, pushing boundaries while staying true to the brand
Collaborate with the Creative Director and wider teams championing creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking
Support and develop a high-performing creative team
What we’re looking for:
You’re a big-idea thinker who’s hands-on with execution
You’ve led teams and mentored creatives
You bring purpose, sustainability, and storytelling into every campaign
You'll have an impressive portfolio with big brand, fashion, sport, or outdoor work
AGENCY experience, retail and experiential design is ESSENTIAL for this role
Experience delivering standout retail campaigns
Confident communicator and natural team leader
