About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
✅ Develop new business – Win and grow clients in your specialist area.
✅ Manage the full 360° recruitment process – Business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and deal closing.
✅ Build long-term relationships – Partner with some of the biggest brands in Tech & Comms globally.
✅ Deliver exceptional talent solutions – Work with high-value clients and secure the best talent for their needs.
✅ Lead & mentor – Support junior consultants and share your expertise.
💡 If you’re currently in a resourcing/delivery role, we can help you transition into full business development with a structured plan.
We’re Looking For people with a proven track record in recruitment and a desire to succeed, Ideal candidates will:
