As an Insights and Solutions Senior Associate in the Insights and Solutions team, you play a key role in enhancing how we operate and deliver results. You will work closely with us to map, simplify, and document processes, supporting strategic improvements across departments. Job Responsibilities

4. Assist in evaluating processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions, including automation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science.
13. Significant experience developing and implementing process improvement or re-engineering programs focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction.
14. Demonstrated ability to support change management processes, including effective communication and stakeholder management.
