Job Description
3. Overseeing and managing the entire procurement processes.
4. Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
6. Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
7. Managing and developing the procurement team.
8. Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
9. Implementing procurement strategies that align with company objectives and goals.
10. Reporting on procurement activities and performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Lead should have:
11. A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
12. Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role
13. Proven experience in stakeholder management & supplier relationship management
14. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
15. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
16. To have a track record of driving change and maturing a procurement function
17. A strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
18. The ability to lead and develop a team.
