Cleaning Operations Manager (with Business Development Experience)
We’re looking for a hands‑on Cleaning Operations Manager who knows how to keep operations running smoothly and help grow the business. If you’re great with people, enjoy problem‑solving, and have experience winning and managing clients, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
* Making sure our cleaning standards, safety, and quality are always on point
* Building strong relationships with clients and handling day‑to‑day issues
* Finding new business opportunities and helping bring in new contracts
* Preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients
* Conducting site visits and quality checks
* Keeping an eye on costs and improving efficiency where possible
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing cleaning operations or similar services
* Proven business development or sales experience
* Strong leadership and people skills
* Good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Have
* Experience in commercial cleaning
* Management or facilities‑related qualifications
* Valid driver’s licence
