Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to join their manufacturing team at their site near Eastleigh. This hands-on role involves testing electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and supporting a clean, well-organised production environment.
This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate following a successful qualification period.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct production testing in accordance with defined procedures, documentation, and test equipment
* Test PCB and mechanical assemblies to meet quality and performance standards
* Accurately identify and verify electronic components
* Maintain high-quality output, aiming for zero defects
* Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
* Follow route cards, job cards, and engineering drawings accurately
* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the production team
* Comply with all company policies and codes of conduct
* Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
Note: This is not an exhaustive list; additional duties may be required as business needs evolve.

* IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (preferred)
