The role will involve process-driven tasks, along with administrative and customer-focused responsibilities, aiming to deliver a high quality and efficient service for our stakeholders.
The Business Support apprenticeship will be supported by a local training provider, and you will be given allocated time during the working week for off-the-job training.
Please note: apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* GCSE’s A*- C (9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Word, Outlook and Excel
* Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
* Experience of working towards deadlines
* Experience of working as part of a team
* Good organisational, time and task management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

The role will offer hybrid working arrangements. The Community Connections team apprentice will be based at Ballard House.

Funding & Assessments
Please be aware that if you are successful in your application, you will be required to sit a functional skills assessment with the apprenticeship training provider.
Your current and previous qualifications will also be checked to ensure that you are eligible for course funding.
