Tuesday-Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday 10am 3pm
We are working with a successful and prestigious client who is looking for an administration assistant to support in store. Dealing with small volumes of public visitors, your main role will be to support with answering telephones, reading and responding to email enquiries and generally supporting in the showroom where required.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
1. Dealing with all phone calls & enquiries
2. Managing the company mailbox and responding the customer enquiries in a professional and polite manner
3. Monitoring the shop floor when the manager is out of the store
4. Serving customers who visit the store and giving advice and guidance on products
5. Giving quotations/ estimates on products
6. Updating company social media and assisting with the marketing strategy
7. Opening up or closing/ locking up showroom when required
8. Generally supporting the store and ensuring everything is tidy and well presented
