Team Leader - Home Care
Salary: Up to 16.00 Pound per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Loughton IG10
Hours: Full-time
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, organised and committed Team Leader to join our growing home care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help make a real difference in peoples lives while developing your own career in the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care.
Conduct spot checks, observations and supervisions.
Complete care plans, risk assessments and client reviews.
Support with rota management and shift cover where necessary.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Liaise with clients, families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
Assist with staff recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training.
Requirements:
Experience in domiciliary/home care (preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience).
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
