Joining our professional and personable team at Lower Earley you will deliver exceptional care through; admissions and discharges, preparing for and monitoring anaesthetics, impatient care, imaging and in-house laboratory testing.
The practice is run by experienced Branch Partner Robert and his team. Robert has a keen interest in exotics and is working towards his certificate. There are two additional vets, Julien and Cherry (our new grad). Our team is also made up of a HRVN Evita, SVN, VCA and CCA. The practice is located in a nice area in the outskirts of Reading with parking available and local amenities. Facilities include, 2 consult rooms, Xray/ultrasound a large spacious theatre, lab and dispensary plus a welcoming reception area. It also includes separate staff rest areas and a large garden to walk any inpatients in.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with 1:4 weekends soon to be based at our Wokingham 24hr Hospital.

Your Skills and Experience
* RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Experienced in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
* Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
* Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
* Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture.
* Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
* Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
