We don't do "boring" high-volume work. We specialize in deep-level diagnostics, expert servicing, and high-end performance upgrades including ECU tuning. This is a stable, professional environment where quality always beats quantity.
The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Enjoy every weekend off).
* The Work: A mix of routine VAG servicing, complex diagnostics, and performance tuning.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Mechanics: Full servicing and mechanical repairs on the VAG range.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Using modern systems to solve complex faults on premium German brands.
* Performance Work: Handling ECU tuning, hardware upgrades, and performance modifications (Golf GTI, R-models, etc.).
* MOT Prep: Ensuring all vehicles are prepared to a high safety and quality standard.
* Customer Interaction: Occasionally sharing your technical expertise directly with our loyal customers.
