The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Enjoy every weekend off).

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Mechanics: Full servicing and mechanical repairs on the VAG range.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Using modern systems to solve complex faults on premium German brands.
* Performance Work: Handling ECU tuning, hardware upgrades, and performance modifications (Golf GTI, R-models, etc.).
* MOT Prep: Ensuring all vehicles are prepared to a high safety and quality standard.
* Customer Interaction: Occasionally sharing your technical expertise directly with our loyal customers.
Are You The One?
* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 preferred).
* You have a strong background or a deep interest in VAG vehicles (VW, Audi, SEAT, Skoda).
* You possess a "diagnostic brain" and take pride in solving mechanical puzzles.
* You have an interest (or experience) in performance tuning and ECU work.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and a professional, reliable attitude.
