Graduate Mechanical Engineer A world-leading supplier of manufacturing systems for large-scale aerospace, medical, and automotivepanies around the globe is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical). Thispany works in close partnership with its customers to solveplex engineering challenges through the ingenuity of its people and the application of advanced control techniques. The Engineering Graduate positions offer a challenging opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge in the design of automated systems. Additionally, graduates will gain a better understanding of how the organisation operates and how its people collaborate to solve problems. Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Detailed design and development of automation systems and equipment.
2. Design calculations, including stress analysis and heat transfer.
3. Creation of technical specifications for the development of equipment.
4. Adherence to product design standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
5. In-house training provided; no previous design experience required.
6. Demonstrated CAD experience (2D and 3D) is highly desirable.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, both as part of a team and individually.
8. Effectivemunication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
9. Preferred: / in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
10. Considered: HNC / HND with additional experience.
