We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our supportive and growing team. This is a busy and rewarding role where you will help customers every day. You will answer phone calls and emails, solve problems, and make sure details are recorded correctly. You will also work with other teams to arrange services, send invoices, explain costs, and support customers until their queries are resolved. Your main tasks will include: Being the first point of contact for customers across the UK. Handling queries, complaints, and problems until they are fully solved. Updating customer accounts and keeping records clear, accurate, and compliant. Working with site teams to confirm deliveries and collections. Using CRM systems and online platforms to manage and track requests. What were looking for: Customer service experience (advisor, admin, retail, or call centre). Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
