Job Description:
The role of a Site Engineer involves playing a pivotal part in the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include surveying, setting out engineering works, quality control, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with the site management team to deliver high-quality results, contribute to safe site operations, and assist in achieving project milestones. Your tasks will include conducting site surveys, setting out engineering works, and monitoring construction activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site surveys and set out engineering works accurately
* Monitor construction activities for compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
* Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to plan and execute project tasks efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and quality control checks
* Assist in resolving technical and engineering challenges during construction
* Support health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Qualifications:
* Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related field
