Babington are currently supporting TK Elevator for a Business Admin apprentice within their Glasgow office.\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North & Scotland team at TK Elevator UK\nLtd as an Apprentice Regional Administrator. This roleâs main aim is for the successful candidate to learn how to provide high level day to day administrative support to the business by undertaking a wide variety of administrative duties supporting the Regional Team and ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly\nThe apprentice will closely work with our two Regional Administrators, engineers and our internal colleagues across various different departments. They will learn how to:\n⢠Support the planning and communication with customers and engineers all \nrepair works chargeable and FOC in line with regional process and relevant \ncompany procedure.\n⢠Assisting in the creation and maintenance and repair schedules for engineers and despatch accordingly.\n⢠Champion the maintenance the schedule of customer contracts and notify \npromptly the Regional Director/ Head of when contracts are potentially at risk.\n⢠Administer and maintain the callout rota including, planning day, night, \nweekend, annual leave call out and reserves.\n⢠Ensure the timely update of Navision ERP system is accurately up-to reflect job completions and support and the invoice tracker\n⢠Assisting with client requests internal and external, including upload of \nworksheets where required and providing additional administrative support.\n⢠Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as and when required assigned.\n⢠To assist the region with the preparation of tender documents.\nClassification: Confidential database of information to aid appropriate completion.\n⢠Meeting external targets for Management Information submission to clients and overseeing the day-to-day production of this data.\n⢠Explore potential for additional works whilst maximising sales opportunities for the Region by promoting TK Elevator additional divisions and service options\n⢠Manage all day-to-day administration task including, incoming/outgoing mail, calls, queries for the Region and cascade as required.\n⢠Liaising with purchasing team to ensure timely ordering of parts and equipment, ensuring purchase orders are raised in line with policy.\n⢠Support the region with Travel and accommodation bookings in line with the Travel and Expenses Policy.\n⢠Other administrative tasks as and when required and anything else reasonable \nrequired\n⢠Liaising with sub-contractor businesses to ensure the works are both compliant and completed in line with internal procedure, including correct goods \nreceipting and close out of paperwork.\n⢠Prepare and attend monthly regional meetings.\n⢠Assist in recording and close out of LOLER Reports.\n⢠Support the regions management team with Toolbox Talks agenda and \npreparation.\n⢠Support the maintenance of internal and external systems where required.\n⢠Document production for internal and external meetings and attending when required.\n\nBenefits:\n⢠34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays\n⢠Attractive company pension scheme\n⢠Health cash plan provided, allows you to claim towards health costs.
