Overview

Lead Customer Service Representative position at Circle K. Location: 1205 N. Main St. L, Lancaster, SC 29720. Flexible availability. Lead role with opportunities to gain entry-level management experience in a fast-paced environment.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
* Work with our food program where applicable.
* Lead shifts regularly to gain entry-level management experience.
* Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
* Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
* Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Willingness to learn and have fun


Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes
* Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds
* Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
* Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs
