As their client base continues to expand, they are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their busy office in Brighton. Job Description: As a Senior Tax Manager, you will take on a pivotal role within the tax team, managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including owner-managers and high net worth individuals. You will be responsible for all aspects of tax compliance and planning for your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including owner-managers, high net worth individuals, and trusts.
2. Oversee the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns, VAT returns, and other annual tax compliance work, including P11Ds, employment-related securities returns, EMI returns, and ATED returns.
3. Provide expert tax planning advice, identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact for all tax-related matters.
5. Collaborate closely with the tax partner and be an integral part of the tax team.
6. Support and mentor junior tax team members, acting as a line manager and providing guidance on their workloads and professional development.
