Job Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team providing commercial and contract support for aircraft engine maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Regional Sales Managers and Director Commercial Programs with proposal generation and tender responses, as well as processing sales concessions.
2. Draft and customize contracts from agreed boilerplates, including Engine Service Agreements and Fleet Management Program Agreements.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team and Customer Service organization to make contract changes during negotiations.
4. Generate contract amendments, side letters, and reports in support of proposals and contracts.
5. Coordinate approval processes using SAP and SharePoint systems.
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SAP.
* Previous experience in generating commercial proposals and drafting contracts.
* French language skills and SAP experience are advantageous.
* Travel may be required.
