Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach to work as a receptionist within our friendly Clinical Administration Team.
The ideal candidate will have a polite and friendly manner with excellent communication skills. They will also need to be organised and have the ability to work both independently or as part of a team. They will be required to liaise with patients and their carers, other colleagues and professionals, as well as have contact with outside agencies. Previous office experience and the ability to use SystmOne is preferred.
Being an effective team player with the ability to motivate colleagues and multitask, working under pressure to meet deadlines is also a requirement for this post. you must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
