START DATE NEGOTIABLE - 2 x posts currently vacant ROLE - CMT1 - Army Reserve Post (two posts available) These LCpl/Cpl rank ranged posts could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a new role within the South West and would like to step out of normal Regimental life. South West Officer Training Regiment is a new organisation that encompasses both Bristol and Exeter UOTCs which require enablers to support our training outputs. This is an ideal opportunity for a CMT1 looking for a new role within the South West and would be suitable for someone who's been successfully boarded for promotion to LCpl or Cpl and is looking for a position to promote into. These roles will be based in Exeter although opportunities for those that are able to assisting with training Bristol are available and would be welcome. Domestic Considerations: RSD's 44 p.a plus more where available. Some travel and overnight duty required along with 2 weeks ADX Jun/Jul. Training is mainly held during term time, however there are other opportunities outside of these for other activities incl RAAT/AITC/ALeRT Taskings. Exeter UOTC parade on a Wednesday at Wyvern Bks and, if able to commit, Bristol UOTC Training Nights are held at Whiteladies Road on Tuesdays. Training Weekends are held in various locations across the South West, South Wales, Wilts and Hants Ideally would be able to assist the University Entry Medical Team (UEMC) in the run up to and during the annual recruitment season. To assist DPHC Staff during the medical weekends in October and any subsequent follow up actions and processing post medicals for UEMC where the candidate is available; this is desirable, not essential but would greatly assist the medical teams to process the 200 new joiners SWOTR recruits annually. 1. Uphold and enforce the Values and Standards of the British Army. 2. Uphold and contribute to the SWOTR Ethos. 3. Ensure the provision of sufficient medical support to SWOTR during training activities 4. Set up and run the RAP. 5. Deliver MATT 3 BCD and medical training as tasked by Trg Staff. 6. Ensure the Unit remains current with all medical training requirements and competencies. 7. Provide advice within remit to the CoC on medical matters
