Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines (including Mazak, XYZ, and Citizen). Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications. Ensure all components are manufactured to precise tolerances and quality standards. Identify and resolve machining and production issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise manufacturability and improve processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Essential Requirements Minimum of 10 years' experience programming and setting CNC turning machines. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials, particularly metals.
