What you’ll be doing… Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front-of-house areas and equipment Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines Liaise with the kitchen team and conduct a team briefing to ensure the business runs effectively Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, and health and safety regulations Assist the contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork Working Pattern: 4 days per week / flexible working patterns / predominantly between Monday to Friday What can you bring? Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment Focused on the front line Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised Previous experience within catering desirable
