What you will be doing
As a qualified Senior RMN/RNLD - you will ensure adults with mental and physical health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a day.
Where you will be working
You will be working at the Gateway Recovery Centre, a state-of-the-art facility, providing care for men and women with complex mental health requirements to reduce risk behaviours associated with mental health conditions so that people in your care can ultimately live successful and fulfilling lives within the community.
The service is split into four distinct areas:
7. Male Autism Service for the challenging and complex needs of adults with Autism and Asperger’s syndrome
8. Assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs and personality difficulties
9. Specialist inpatient service for older men with complex mental health and physical health needs.
10. Low secure care setting for men with a mental illness with or without personality disorder/mild learning disabilities
You will be working alongside the team with the aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of service users, to help them develop and maintain healthy relationships with others.
