We are recruiting an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist - Salesforce to join our global CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer return data analysis and coordinating activities related to quality, failure analysis, and product management.
General Responsibilities
* Arranges the analysis, articulation, and presentation of complex data to enable effective and timely management decisions.
* Provides consistent data storage, access, and updates for all users.
* Communicates with various functions, project teams, and regions on trends and measurable results.
* Proactively plans for trends and implements training to mitigate repeat events.
* Collaborates with teams to create strategies based on actionable data aligned with the long-term vision of a zero-incidence culture.
Experience / Qualifications
* A university degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
