About the Role:
We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our clients expanding team. If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide product/service information and resolve any issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure top-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (desirable)
* A team player with a positive attitude
