Executive Head Teacher and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Ref: TV28825
Park Hall Junior Academy, part of The Loriners Multi‑Academy Trust, is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as the Executive Head Teacher and CEO of the trust, established in 2022. The role involves driving growth and development across the trust’s schools, fostering strong external partnerships, and maintaining the trust’s high standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Leading the trust’s strategic direction and vision, ensuring alignment with its culture and values.
* Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, governors, and senior leaders.
* Motivating, developing, and managing staff across all schools within the trust.
* Driving continuous improvement and implementing change initiatives to enhance outcomes for pupils.
* Preserving the unique identity of each school while promoting a shared sense of ownership and accountability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in senior school or multi‑academy leadership.
* Strong business acumen and a track record of identifying and driving opportunities for improvement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of government policy, school management, and safeguarding frameworks.
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection standards.
Salary: £110,892 to £128,447, depending on experience and qualifications.
