Global Supply Planner
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
A global healthcare business is looking for a Global Supply Planner to join their regional supply planning team. You’ll manage inventory flows for key products across global markets, supporting service, efficiency, and growth in a highly regulated environment.
The Role
You’ll oversee supply planning for a portfolio of finished goods across international markets, ensuring inventory is balanced across global distribution centres and aligned with customer demand. You’ll work closely with manufacturing sites, customer service, logistics providers, and commercial teams to manage risks, avoid backorders, and ensure smooth product availability – particularly around new launches and business-critical SKUs.
You’ll also play a key role in planning improvement initiatives and support wider supply chain projects as the function continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage global supply plans for assigned products, balancing customer service and inventory targets
* Allocate inventory to global DCs based on supply availability and demand priority
* Raise POs, monitor stock levels, and rebalance supply between markets as needed
* Support Customer Service and commercial teams with availability updates, launch timelines, and low stock alerts
* Flag supply risks and work with manufacturing sites and commercial teams to align priorities
* Support new product launches and changes, including master data setup and launch planning
* Contribute to supply chain improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives
About You
* 5+ years of supply planning or regional planning experience in FMCG or a highly regulated industry (e.g. pharma, personal care)
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and product flow across markets
* Advanced Excel skills essential; SAP IBP and Power BI experience
* Comfortable managing multiple SKUs, markets, and priorities
* Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying improvements and taking initiative
* Project participation or leadership experience a plus
* Supply Chain certifications (e.g. ASCM/APICS, ISM, CSCMP, or CIPS)
