About the Role
We are looking for a sophisticated Business Development professional to expand Point AI’s footprint across Europe’s digital commerce and retail markets.
You will engage with major European and global brands such as Zalando, ASOS, H&M, Inditex (Zara), Decathlon, Tesco, Carrefour, and IKEA, introducing advanced AI solutions that redefine online customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, international exposure, and the ability to represent Point AI at executive and enterprise levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with leading European retailers and e-commerce platforms.
* Drive outbound market outreach and secure high-quality demo meetings with enterprise clients.
* Customize product presentations and proposals to match regional and industry-specific needs.
* Lead client negotiations, prepare SOWs and commercial contracts, and close deals.
* Serve as SPOC for clients through onboarding and delivery coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Business or Management from premier institutions such as INSEAD, London Business School, Oxford, Cambridge, HEC Paris, IE Business School, ETH Zurich, or similar.
* 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or partnerships within SaaS, AI, or digital commerce.
* Background with top consulting or technology firms such as SAP, Google, Amazon, Accenture, Capgemini, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Deloitte.
* Excellent communication skills with multinational and cross-cultural clients.
* Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel across European markets.

* Exposure to startup or innovation-driven organizations.
* Multilingual proficiency (English mandatory; French/German/Spanish a plus).
