We are looking for an experienced coach from the professional rugby environment with demonstratable success, who can assist with the development and implementation of the Scotland Women's programme.
What you will be doing :
* Assist in the development & implementation of an aligned playing and performance strategy
* Support the identification and progression of current and future international players
* Provide technical and tactical coaching at both individual and team level
What we’re looking for :
* Experience of working within a high performance multi-disciplinary team
* Experience of coaching within professional rugby environment
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate
* Experience of using data analysis software (
