Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a front-of-house and hospitality team, instilling five-star service standards in every interaction. * Oversee daily operations including reception, meeting rooms, events, and catering services. * Anticipate client and guest needs, creating seamless and memorable experiences. * Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan events, business functions, and high-profile meetings. * Uphold meticulous attention to detail in presentation, service, and delivery standards. * Manage budgets, suppliers, and operational processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality. * Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver consistently exceptional service.
