An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer to join the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Team, supporting the Band 5 Nursing Review. This is a pivotal role within the People & Culture Directorate, offering the chance to contribute to a nationally significant project as part of the Agenda for Change pay deal.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Project Leads.
* Facilitate the smooth running of the Job Evaluation Scheme, including rostering Matching and Band 5 Review application panels.
* Maintain project records and ensure effective communication across the project.
Qualifications
* Educated to HND level or equivalent.
* Experience working in a multi‑functional environment with changing priorities.
* Ability to work independently, using initiative and making decisions.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage large volumes of data and coordinate with others.
