Job Summary
The Senior Serialization Analyst is a key role within Supply Chain responsible for monitoring and maintaining internal and external metrics related to serialization compliance. They perform data-driven analysis to identify trends and proactively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: $82,000 - $96,000
* Eligible for a bonus plan with a target of 6% of base salary (if applicable)
* Final pay depends on experience, education, skills, and abilities

Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain serialization compliance metrics
* Manage exceptions management mailbox
* Perform data analysis on internal and external exceptions
* Identify trends and communicate changes proactively
* Conduct technical investigations related to serialization
* Support suspect and illegitimate product investigations
* Communicate with external customers regarding exceptions
* Support system testing and validation
* Stay updated on serialization regulations and industry trends
* Coordinate process improvements across functions
* Manage serialization system enhancement projects
* Onboard new customers to GS1 EPCIS and coordinate testing
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or supply chain management
* At least 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry
* Strong data analysis skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in pharmaceutical distribution and serialization processes
* Project management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project
