Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, brokers, and claimants to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Regularly chase outstanding claims and ensure prompt settlement payments to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote top-tier customer care at all times.
