* £180,000 - £200,000+ OTE (50/50 split)
* Uncapped commission with accelerators beyond 100%

The Role
This is a true Channel Sales Manager position - blending partner development with direct sales execution.
You'll take ownership of the territory, with a clear mandate to build, scale and drive partner-led revenue.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and expand the partner ecosystem - VARs, resellers and distribution
* Recruit and activate new high-potential partners
* Re-engage underperforming or inactive partners and drive productivity
* Work closely with partners to generate pipeline and close enterprise deals
* Support partners through the full sales cycle - hands-on where needed
* Maintain strong forecasting discipline and territory planning
* Drive consistent new-logo acquisition alongside partner-led growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in enterprise technology sales
* Strong background in backup, storage or data protection
* Demonstrable success building and growing channel ecosystems
* Experience signing and enabling partners, not just managing them
* Ability to sell direct to end users and support complex deal cycles
* High urgency, resilience and a genuine hunter mentality
* Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
