The Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Guildford and the surrounding areas. Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to choose work that fits your schedule and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school plans
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
Provide feedback to school staff where required
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
