About You
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with full-stack experience and a focus on backend development, who is excited to help shape and scale a fast-growing product.
About the role:
In this role, you will:
* Drive Equali’s technical and product evolution as we scale.
* Build and enhance the full stack: integrate with external systems (e.g. payment providers, ERPs), expand backend services, contribute to the frontend dashboard, and develop our infrastructure.
* Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams and external partners to ensure the product solves real problems and delivers clear value.
* Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and monitoring.
What we’re looking for
* Passion for building customer-centric products in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong software development experience with Python and Django in a professional environment.
* Solid understanding of AWS services—ideally including S3, Transfer Family, EC2 and RDS.
* Experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence interacting with customers and partners.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
