The Role
This challenging and rewarding role is heavily focused on performance management.
You will be responsible for leading your team of supervisors (Front Line Managers) to deliver an efficient and safe service.
As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge, you will be responsible for maximising operational performance, whilst maintaining appropriate safety and quality standards, within our contract for Anglian Water.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Create and implement innovative strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure commercial and operational efficiency.
* Proactively seek ways to improve working practices, promote and communicate service performance and best practices to all staff.
* Lead and inspire your teams in health, safety, environment, and quality.
* Minimise customer complaints by encouraging a “right first time” culture.
* Proactively manage future works and programmes, minimising disruption and failure due to preventable mistakes, including optimal planning and control of labour, plant, and resources.
